Question 496505: How do you find the length of the sides and the measures of the angles for the congruent triangles ABC and A′B′C′. What I need is the lenght for A'B'
The first triangle is lying down with point C on the right and it has a 84 degree angle. Side A is 14 and side B is 30. The second triangle is standing up with point C at the top. It has a 28 degree angle and side A' is 28.
You can put this solution on YOUR website! I do not believe that is not a congruent triangle; in a congruent triangle the corresponding sides and the corresponding angles are the same.
What you have is probably a similar triangle, in which the angles will be congruent but the sides will not be, they will be proportional, such as A and A' are in a 2:1 proportion.
Your other sides will be in the same proportion.
