Question 486090: Do the points A(6, 4), B(4, -3), and C(-2, 3) form an isosceles triangle? A right triangle? Verify your answer analytically.
(I solved with the distance formula and got no as an answer for both, but my answers are so odd for the sides that I'm not sure if I'm right.)

The distance formula is
We have to find the distance of all 3 sides.
AB = =
BC = =
AC = =
This is not a right triangle as a^2 plus b^2 do not equal c^2.
This is not an isosceles triangle as no two sides are equal.
Cleomenius.
