Question 464323: Please help me solve this word problem of fractional equations involving ratios.
Please answer step by step so I can better understand my homework. THANKS!!!
One angle of a triangle has a measure of 60 degrees, and the measures of the other two angles are in the ratio of 2 to 3. Find the measures of the other two angles.

Other angles are 2x and 3x.
sum of angles of a triangle = 180
so, 60 + 2x+ 3x = 180
=> 5x = 180-60
=> 5x = 120
so, x = 24
other two angles are 48 and 72.
