Draw an arbitrary base.
Sketch an equal length line sement above and parallel to that base.

Mark a point on the left, the middle and the right of that parallel line segment.
Sketch the 3 triangles you get using the endpoints of the base and one of those
points on the parallel line segment.

The base and height are the same for the 3 triangles,
but two are scalene; the other is obtuse; and you could probably pick
a point where the triangle is a right triangle.
