Let x represent the shorter leg, then we have:

a right triangle with x & (x+1m) as legs and (x+2m)as the hypotenuse

using the Pythagorean Theorem to solve

factoring

(x-3)(x+1)=0

x = -1 cannot use this value 

x = 3

Triangular lot has the dimensions 3m , 4m and 5m
