I'm going to go way out on a limb here and presume that your word(?) permiter actually means perimeter.

Let represent the measure of the "one side" of the triangle. Then the shortest side must be and the longest side must be . Since the perimeter is the sum of the sides, you can write:



Just solve for and the other two sides are trivial after that.
