memorize the formula then simply plug in and solve
a=24
b=29
find c=x
or
a=x
b=24
c=29
since the problem doesnt tell u which side is the hypotenuse then u have to find both possible values for either a or c

Any side of any triangle must be larger than the difference of the measures of the other two sides and smaller than the sum of the measures of the other two sides.
