An isosceles triangle has a base of 46 centimeters and a vertex angle of 44 degrees. what is the perimeter?
isosceles can be split into 2 right triangles each with a vertex of 22 degrees and a base of 23 cm
sin 22 = opp/hyp = 23/hyp
hyp * sin 22 = 23
hyp = approx. 61.3977 cm
perimeter = approx. 46 + 61.3977 + 61.3977 = approx. 168.7954 cm
