What is the length of a side of a right triangle, and its hypotenuse, if the shortest leg is 29 inches.
You have left out some necessary information. If you are given only the
shortest leg, then that is not enough to determine a right triangle. You have
to also be given either the longer leg or one of the acute angles, or possibly
the ratio of two sides. But there are infinitely many right triangles with the
shortest leg of 29 inches.
