It's not stated, but there is another fact about this figure that HK = HK. Since IK = JH and HI = KJ also, we have 3 pairs of congruent sides which means that SSS will be used in this case.

The correct choice is [A] because 

IK is congruent to JH is given,
HI is congruent to KJ is given,
and
HK is congruent to HK by the
reflexive property

That makes the three corresponding sides of the two triangles
congruent.  That's the "side-side-side" theorem.
