Question 19936: If I have a right triangle with one side measuring 3" and one measuring 17.5", and the hypotenuse measuring 17.75 (if I used the pythagorean theorem correctly), how do I find the measurements of the other two angles?
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You have to know some trigonometry.
The inverse sine of (3/17.5)=9.73 degrees
Then the remaining angle is 180-9.73=80.27 degrees
