The perpendicular bisectors of the sides of any triangle intersect at the circumcenter of the triangle. The circumcenter of a triangle is the center of the circumscribed circle.
Construct the perpendicular bisectors of two of the sides of the triangle. Set your compass to the distance from the point of intersection of the two bisectors and any vertex.
