I think you assumed that by identifying your book, chapter number, and problem numbers, that we would have your book at hand and could just look up the problems. Not so. There are hundreds of algebra books out there and it would be impossible to keep up with them all.
Of course, that doesn't even consider the fact that by not writing out your problems and showing the work you have done so far, you have given every indication that you want someone else to do all of your work for you. We are here to help people understand mathematics, not to do their work for them.
