The two base angles of the icoseles triangle are (4x-2), this one being part of the right angle, and (7y+9). Could you help me find x and y, please?

If the isosceles and equilateral triangle are part of a right triangle, then
since all angles in an equilateral triangle are 60, the isosceles angle is 30,
which is given as the base, base angles of an isosceles triangles are equal,
therefore:
4x - 2 = 30
4x = 32
x = 8
and also
7y + 9 = 30
7y = 21
y = 3
