Question 1207004: One angle of a triangle has a measure of 66 °. The measure of the third angle is 57° more than 1/2 the measure of the second angle. What is the measure of the second angle?
Answer by math_tutor2020(3817) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
66 = first angle
x = second angle
0.5x+57 = third angle
For any triangle, the inside angles always add to 180 degrees.
first+second+third = 180
66+(x)+(0.5x+57) = 180
1.5x+123 = 180
I'll let the student take over from here.
