 A(1,-3) and
 B(-3,5) Midpoint is P(-1, 1)  and m = -8/4 = -2 (Line segment AB)

the equation of the perpendicular bisector:
 y - 1 = (1/2)(x + 1)
  y = (1/2)x + 3/2 Green

 y = x - 2 Blue
 P(7,5) is the same distance from P(A) and P(B)
D =
  AP = sqrt(36 + 64) = 10
