Find θ, 0° ≤ θ < 360°, given the following information.
cot θ = square root3/3 = 1/sqrt(3)
So theta = tan^-1(sqrt(3)) = 60 degrees (this is the reference angle)
and θ in QIII is 180+60 = 240 degrees
