Use the Law of Sines:
}\ =\ \frac{b}{\sin(B)}\ =\ \frac{c}{\sin(C)})
}\ =\ \frac{b}{\sin(60^\circ)}\ =\ \frac{9}{\sin(80^\circ)})
}{\sin(80^\circ)})
}{\sin(80^\circ)})
The rest is just arithmetic on your calculator.
