one side is 10ab+-+2a, and another side is a
=> 10ab+-+2a+=+a ....on left side common factor is 2a, factor it out
=> 2a%285b+-+1%29+=+1.........cancel a
=> 2%285b+-+1%29+=+1.........
=> 10b+-+2++=+1.........
=> 10b++=+1+%2B+2.........
=> 10b+=+3.........divide both sides by 10
=> b+=+3%2F10
check:
10ab+-+2a+=+a
10%2Aa%2A%283%2F10%29+-+2a+=+a......cancel both 10

3a+-+2a+=+a......
a+=+a......
