I'm thinking this is really an algebraic problem: 2x-4y = 10 and 4x+y =11. If I can find the value of the variables, I can find CR. Is this correct? If so, how do I solve this algebra problem?

substituting into first equation 2x-4(11-4x)=10 ... 2x-44+16x=10
