The missing part of the perimeter is 20cm. It is 1-(1/4+1/3)=5/12 of the perimeter. Therefore, the perimeter is 20*12/5=48cm
One side is 12 cm, which is one -fourth the perimeter. Other side is 16 cm, which is one -third the perimeter. They all add to 48 cm.
