I'm assuming that west is 180°.
Coming in from 120° means that the wind has an angle of 300°.
V+W=(-120,0)+(30cos(300),30sin(300))
V+W=(-120,0)+(15,-25.98)
V+W=(-105, -25.98)
So then the resultant,
