a) Using the Pythagorean Theorem
(7x)^2 + (24x)^2 = 150^2
49x^2 + 576x^2 = 22500
625x^2 = 22500
x^2 = 22500/625
x^2 = 36cm^2

b) x = 6cm
P = 7*6cm + 34*6cm + 150cm = 396cm
