Perimeter = length of three sides.
65 = (4x - 5)+(3x)+(2x + 7)
65 = 4x - 5 + 3x + 2x + 7
Collect like terms:
65 + 5 - 7 = (4x + 3x + 2x
63 = 9x
x = 7.
4x - 5 = 23
3x = 21
2x + 7 = 21
