If you make a sketch, you will see that this triangle is right-angled with the legs AC and BC.
The hypotenuse is AB.

For any right-angled triangle the center of its circumscribed circle is the middle point of its hypotenuse.

Therefore the answer to your question is the point (-5.5, -1.5).
