Basically, the sides will have the ratio 1:2:sqrt(3)
where 2 is the hypotenuse
1 is the "short" side
sqrt(3) is opposite the 60deg angle of the triangle.

Since the hypotenuse is 4 cm:
the "short side" = 4/2 = 2 cm
and
third side = "short side" * sqrt(3) = 2sqrt(3)
.
