Question 944019: Solve the system in Problems using substitution or elimination by addition.
4x- 3y = -8
-2x 3/2 y=4
Answer by Saleye(10) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can solve this in a usual way:
multiply 2nd equation by 2:
4x-3y=-8
-4x 3y=8
Now when you add the two equations you get
0 = 0
This shows that the system has infinitely many solutions.
