Question 84746: Solve the system by graphing.
2x + y = 4
x + y = 3

Answer by wallflower(4)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi there what you need to do is to input numbers for x and y
for example if x=2 then 2(2)+y=4 then 4+y=6 so y=2 and then you would plot (2,2) on your graph. if x=8 then y=-4 and so on.
For x+y=3 you would do the same thing x=1 y=2, x=-1 y=4 and so on, your solution to the eqations is going to be where the lines intersect on your graph. I hope that this helps.
