put in y-intercept format

y=mx+b
where m= slope and b= y-intercept
point(0,-5) is y-intercept put a dot there
from that dot you will go down 8 and to the right 5
you go down because its a -8 and u go right because its a +5 for m
you will get point (5,-13) make your second dot here. now draw a solid line through the dots and put arrows on the ends.

how do you solve and graph 8x+5y=-25
-------
You can't "solve" it because you have 2 variables and only one equation.
---------------
You can graph it:
y = (-8/5)x - 5
-----
If x = 0, y = -5
If x = 5, y = -13
----
Plot those two points and draw a line thru them.
