(involving x%5E2,x%5E3.etc.) that pass through a single point like (-5,0)
This is how you can find one of them:
Let's call the line y+=+3x+%2B+b where b is any number
now substitute x & y
0+=+3%2A%28-5%29+%2B+b
b+=+15
so, your equation passing through (-5,0) is
y+=+3x+%2B+15 answer (you could have piicked any value besides 3 and then
solved for b)
