I wrote down the equation for the area of a triangle, but I don't recall from College Math how to find a triangle's perimeter. Area of a triangle: A=1/2(B)(H). I'm not sure how to solve this problem. Please help!

81-16x+x~2+9=x~2 or 81-16x+9=0 or -16x+90=0 or 16x=90 or x=90/16 or x=5
the 2*5+b=18 or b=18-10 or b=8
