2x+2y/3=4 or 6x+2y=12 where we multiplied by 3 to both sides of the equation.

and

x-1y/2=7 or 2x-y=14 where we multiplied by 2 to both sides of the equation.

The system of linear equation is now

6x+2y=12
2x-y=14
