The equation


    0.65*(110-x) + 0.90x = 0.7*110


The solution is  x =  = 22 gallons.


ANSWER.  22 gallons of the 90% mixture and 110-22 = 88 gallons of the 65% mixture.


CHECK.  0.65*88 + 0.9*22 = 77 gallons of the pure antifreeze in ingredients, and

        0.7*110 = 77 gallons of the pure antifreeze in the final mixture.   ! Correct !
