Well there is a huge conversions chart to remember!

Kilo/Hecto/Deka/Unit/Deci/Centi/Milli

If you are converting to the left... divide.. if to the right... multiply!
If you go over one play.. multiply or divide by 10 and add one zero for every additional place. So since you are converting from kilo to centi, you are going to the right 5 places... so that means 10 plus 4 more zeros, so that is 100,000x28.
Solve that and you've got your answer!
