5+ x/3 = 2x/5 -7

at one point I had it set up and worked as
75 + 15x/5 = 30x/15 - 105
75x = 2X -105 If I am on the right path I am lost on what to do next- If I am completely wrong then I need help from the beginning. Please advise

-------------------
x/3 - 2x/5 = -12
Multiply thru by 15 to get:
5x - 3*2x = -12*15
-x = -12*15
x = 150+30 = 180
=================
