Question 445582: I think I am doing this wrong because I got an answer 36 pi cm2. But my teacher marked it off as wrong. I looked it up online and people gave the same answer. Question 445763: find the surface area of the prism to the nearest hundreth. the bases are right triangles. to the left of the first base next to the right triangle symbol it is the number 3.at the bottom of that base it is 4. and then on the hypotenuse of that triangle it is 5. and the height is 3.5. i found the lateral area first and used the formula LA=ph i got (4+3+5)(3.5)and that came to 42. i then used the formula SA=LA+2B(area of the base). i did 42+2(4(multiplied)by 4) and got 74. the quiestion is multiple choice.

B.)54
C.)49.45
D.)52.44

Question 446710: Thank you for answering my question before, but my teacher said it was still wrong. The main word in the equation is 'hemisphere' she said....so now I am very confused =(.
