we have three triangular prisms, the side prisms are the same
surface area(SA) of a triangular prism = bh + (S1+S2+S3)H where b is the triangle base, h is the triangle height, S1, S2, S3 are the three sides, and H is the height
**********************************************************************
surface area for center prism is
SA = (9*6) + (7.5 + 7.5)14 = 264 square yards
note that we ignore the 9 by 14 face since it is not external
**********************************************************************
surface area for side prism
SA = (4*6) + (6.3 + 6.3)14 = 200.4 square yards
note that we ignore the 4 by 14 face since it is not external
**********************************************************************
surface area of rectangular ends
SA = 2 * (9 * 4) = 72 square yards
**********************************************************************
under rectangle is one 9 by 14 face we must include since it is external
SA = 9 * 14 = 126
**********************************************************************
surface area of solid is
264 + (2 * 200.4) + 72 + 126 = 862.8 approx 863 square yards
