Question 960541: Find the diameter of a sphere with volume 576pi in^3
Answer by simranb(63) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
All you have to do find the volume of the sphere is
Equate the equation for volume with the value provided in the question
4/3π*r^3 = 576π (what is in^3, it is not clear)
But don't worry whatever it is, cancel the pi on both sides and then solve for r by isolating it on the left hand side and taking cube root on right hand side
Once you have done that, just multiply the result by 2
As diameter= 2* radius.
Hope that helps!!!
Please resend the question with correct value if this doesn't help.
Cheers!!
