The surface area(SA) of a cylinder is defined
SA = 2*pi*r*h + 2*pi*r^2
note that r is the radius (1/2 of the diameter) and h is the height
SA = 2*(3.14)*9*32 + 2*(3.14)*9^2
SA = 1808.64 + 508.68 = 2317.32
