Not at all familiar with this type of flooring, however, since dealer said
12 packs to cover 12 sq/meter we can say 1 pack per sq meter
:
Your room is 4 meters by 2.7 meters that is 4 * 2.7 = 10.8 sq/meters
Therefore I would say that 11 packs would do the job
