The area of rectangle garden is 200 square meters. 

The length of the garden is 1 meter more then 3 times its width 'x'

width 'x', length (3x+1)



A = 

    3x^2 + x - 200 = 0







    x = 8m   (tossing out negative solution for unit measure)

width is 8m   and length is 25m
