I got a plot of land almost in rectangular shape. Its length is 45 meters. Width at top end is 25 meters and tail end is 28 meters. Could you please let me know how many cents of land this plot would be? I would like to have the calculation working also in the answer.

Treat like one regular rectangle 25 by 45 and a right triangle, 3 by 45
total area:
A = (25*45) + (3*45)}}}
A = 1125 + 67.5
A = 1192.5 sq meters
