Formula for the surface area of a right cylinder.
2 pi r^2 + h(2 pi r) Closed ends
2*pi*2^2 + 5(2*pi*2)
= 87.97 ft^2 (2 decimal places)
h(2 pi r) Open ends
5(2*pi*2)
= 62.83 ft^2 (2 decimal places)
