How would I figure out how to find the circumference of the circle. When the formula is v=2/3 pi squared h. Then I have to round to the nearst hundredth?
------------
To find the circumference you need the radius or the diameter of the circle.
Your formula, v=(2/3)pi^2h does not contain either the radius or the diameter.
Are you sure that is all the information you are given?
