Well, the box has 5 rectangular sides...a front and back, a left and right, and a bottom...so we add all 5 rectangular areas to get our answer...
Total Area = 2(25 x 5) + 2(16 x 5) + (25 x 16) =
= 2(125) + 2(80) + 400 =
= 250 + 160 + 400 =
= 810 sq cm
