rectangle A=LW
circle A=pir^2
elipse A=(2pi)/(sqrt (4ac-b^2))
The a, b, c are the same as the quadratic formula

Area of rectangle = LW
Area of circle = pi*r^2
Area of ellipse = ab*pi, where a,b are major and minor axes.
