Sally has to cut the fabric circle with a 4 inch larger diameter than the table to allow for hemming. If the table has a diameter of 24 inches, how much fabric does Sally need? (Use 3.14 for π. Round to 2 decimal places.)

*Note: Area of a cirlce =
24" + 4" = 28" in diameter, radius of 14in
A = 3.14 * 196 = 615.44 in^2 of fabric will be needed
