The area of a circle is,
A=pi%2AR%5E2
A=pi%2A%28C%2F%282%2Api%29%29%5E2
A=C%2F%284%2Api%29
When C=12,
A=12%2F%284%2Api%29
A=3%2Fpi
Do the same for the second circumference.
