a=pi(d/2)^2
a=3.14(4/2)*2
a=3.14*2*2
a=3.14*4
a=12.56 area of a full circle with d=4.
12.56/2=6.28 is the area of the semi circle.
16+6.28=22.28 is the total area of this item.
