Thank you for asking a question that was not taken straight out of homework. Look for the diameter, which is twice the radius, or look for an area of the base. Read the question carefully, too. Make sure they want the whole area, and not just part of it. One last thing: If it is a variable, than substitute it in to the equation and simplify. Good Luck!
